On exiting Barnham Train station turn left, Bexstone House is located on the same side of this road. You will walk through the centre of the village for about 10 minutes ( staying on Barnham Road) before you reach Bexstone House. Please see map link below below.

By Bus Barnham Road is on th 66 and 66a main route to Barnham.

By car

From Chichester

Take the A27 sign posted Brighton, until you come to the large Fontwell Racecourse roundabout, (You will see a Little Chef/ Burger King and A Shell Garage here)

Take the Third (3rd) exit on the roundabout A29 Fontwell Avenue, signposted, Eastergate, Westergate, Barnham.

You will see The Stables Pub on you right. Proceed to the end of the road ( it has a War Memorial on the mini roundabout) and

Take the first exit onto (B2233) Barnham Road, proceed along the road passing Eastergate Village Hall on your Right,

Go Past Church Lane on your right and then we are the SECOND Driveway on the right Where you will see DOUBLE BLACK painted gates please proceed up the drive.There is plenty of parking.

From Bognor Regis

Take the A29 Sign posted to Barnham, which leads to the War Memorial Mini roundabout, take the second (2nd) exit of onto Barnham Road (B2233), proceed along the road passing Eastergate Village Hall on your right, then Church Lane also on your right, we are then the second driveway on the right hand side, keeping to the left, please, proceed through a set of black double gates up the drive.

From Littlehampton

Take the A259 Crookthorn Lane sign posted Bognor Regis for half a mile. Turn Right onto Yapton Road (B2233) follow this road through Yapton and Barnham, you will see Barnham Train Station on your Left, continue straight on, you will see Downview road on your Right and then PMC (Poling Motor Company) also on your right, on your left you will see some Industrial Glasshouses, we are then the 2nd DRIVEWAY on your Left. Keeping to the left you will see double black gates proceed up the drive. If you have a Sat Nav please type Postcode PO20 3RT.
