- ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, events, workshops, demonstrations, readings, healing sessions, courses, circles and bookings made through this website or directly with Christine Flynn (formerly known professionally as Christine Hewitt).
By purchasing a ticket, booking a service, attending an event or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

- SERVICES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Many individuals seek mediumship, healing, spiritual guidance, ancestral healing, workshops and spiritual development as part of their personal growth journey.
While many clients report positive, comforting, insightful, healing or transformative experiences, individual experiences vary and no specific outcome, communication, message, healing result or experience can be guaranteed.
Services provided by Christine Flynn are intended to support personal reflection, spiritual exploration, wellbeing and personal development.
Nothing offered through this website, during an event or within a private session should be regarded as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice.
If you have concerns relating to your health, wellbeing, finances or legal affairs, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
MY PHILOSOPHY
My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate and supportive environment where individuals can explore spiritual connection, healing, personal growth and self-empowerment.
I seek to work with integrity, respect and kindness, offering mediumship, healing and spiritual guidance in a way that honours the individual and their unique journey.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS
Services, events and workshops are intended for adults aged 18 years and over unless specifically stated otherwise.
- DEMONSTRATIONS OF MEDIUMSHIP & CLAIRVOYANCE
Demonstrations of mediumship, clairvoyance and spiritual development are exploratory in nature.
Attendance does not guarantee that you will receive a personal message, communication, reading or healing.
You may witness or hear information that differs from your own beliefs, experiences or expectations.
If you feel attendance may not be appropriate for your current circumstances, please contact the organiser prior to booking.
All demonstrations of mediumship and clairvoyance are provided for spiritual, educational and entertainment purposes.
- PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Any decisions made following a reading, healing session, workshop, demonstration, course or event remain entirely the responsibility of the individual.
Christine Flynn accepts no responsibility for actions taken as a result of information discussed, perceived or interpreted during any service or event.
- BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Prices may be amended at any time, although confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.
- EVENT TICKETS
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person provided reasonable notice is given before the event.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
- PRIVATE READINGS, HEALING SESSIONS & APPOINTMENTS
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Where possible, appointments may be rescheduled at the organiser’s discretion.
Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in future bookings being declined.
Once a reading, healing session or consultation has been delivered, no refund will be available unless required by law.
- ONLINE SESSIONS
Where services are provided online, clients are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, equipment and a private environment appropriate for the session.
Christine Flynn cannot be held responsible for technical failures outside her reasonable control.
- CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANISER
If an event, workshop, appointment or service is cancelled by Christine Flynn, attendees may be offered one of the following where appropriate:
• Transfer to an alternative date
• An alternative appointment
• Credit towards a future service
• A refund
- FORCE MAJEURE
In circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, illness, government restrictions, transport disruption, power failures or other unforeseen events, services may be postponed, rescheduled, transferred online or cancelled.
Where this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives.
- ACCESSIBILITY & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Every effort will be made to support accessibility and inclusion.
If you have specific accessibility requirements or require assistance attending an event, please contact the organiser in advance wherever possible so that reasonable arrangements may be discussed.
- PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & RECORDING
Photographs, video recordings and audio recordings may occasionally be taken during events, workshops, demonstrations and classes.
By attending, you consent to the possibility of appearing in photographs, video recordings or audio recordings used for legitimate business purposes including:
• Websites
• Social Media Platforms
• Printed Materials
• Newsletters
• Promotional Videos
• Future Event Advertising
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify the organiser before the event and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
- RECORDING BY ATTENDEES
Audio recording, video recording or photography of events, workshops, demonstrations, readings, courses or teaching materials is not permitted without prior permission.
- TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS & FEEDBACK
Testimonials, reviews, comments and feedback voluntarily submitted by clients may be used for promotional purposes, including websites, social media, printed materials and event publicity.
Personal information will not be published without consent.
Where appropriate, testimonials may be anonymised or edited for clarity whilst preserving the meaning of the original feedback.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All workshop materials, handouts, exercises, recordings, presentations, written content, teaching resources, website content and published materials remain the intellectual property of Christine Flynn unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, recorded, sold, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in action being taken to protect intellectual property rights.
- EVENT CONDUCT
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated or likely to negatively impact the wellbeing of others.
No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
- WEBSITE USE
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or disruptive purpose.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security or functionality of the website.
You must not reproduce website content without permission.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christine Flynn shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, disappointment, personal interpretation of information received, or personal decisions made following participation in any service, event or session.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on this website.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
